How hard it the Ei8ghtball?
The EI8HTBALL is firm yet pliable to allow you to control the amount of pressure needed. It’s perfect for areas with inflammation since it’s not super hard and won’t further irritate the muscle and tissues.
Where can I use the Ei8ghtball?
We specifically designed it for the feet since you can target the sides of the foot with the curve in the middle of the product without the product slipping from under your foot. However, you can use it on other hard to reach areas and the spine because it dips in the middle of the two balls. Here’s a few of areas you can try rolling out: lats, shins, quads, hamstrings, calves, forearms and of course your feet.
How do I clean it?
Using a cloth, wipe it with mild soap and rinse with warm water. Leave it to air dry overnight before use. Alternatively, it can be wiped down with a gentle alcohol wipe.
How do I start using the Ei8ghtball?
It all starts with your feet. We recommend rolling out the tension in your feet, then your calves and then moving up towards the rest of your body.
