Which resistance do I need?
Light (Yellow): Recommended for individuals who are new to exercise or rehabbing an injury.
Medium (Red): Recommended for individuals with experience weightlifting, high school athletes, and active adults.
Heavy (Blue): Recommended for individuals with extensive experience weightlifting, move really well, and the primary goal is pushing strength and performance.

Is this only for use by elite athletes?
No. This Hip & Core system can be used by any individual, from novice to elite athlete to assist with rehab and prehab of the knee, hip and core. Always check with your Doctor before starting a new excercise routine.

Yes. The Hip & Core System includes 3 exercise programs for activating and strengthening the muscles of the hip and core, and a 30 day rehab programs for back, knee and hip pain.
